Our outreach team provides 24/7 street outreach and housing placement support for individuals experiencing homelessness across Staten Island. We connect people to shelter, stabilization beds, medical care, and long-term housing options.

Community Soup Kitchens, Mobile Pantry & Congregate Meals

Anyone can receive food pantry services—no one is turned away. Services include general pantry distribution and specialized pantry support for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Health Homes provides comprehensive care coordination for Medicaid recipients with chronic medical or behavioral health conditions, helping clients stay connected to care and community supports.

Our Help Centers provide free, one-on-one assistance with public benefits, health insurance, housing applications, taxes, finances, and immigration services. We specialize in supporting recently arrived immigrants and undocumented clients.Services include: SNAP, Cash Assistance, HEAP, WIC, Fair Fares, SSI/SSD, One-Shot Deals, Medicaid and NYC Care enrollment, Housing Connect applications, free tax prep, ITIN support, financial counseling, immigration legal help, and GED/ESL enrollment.

Our Youth Drop-In Center is a safe, welcoming, 24-hour space for young people seeking stability, support, and opportunity.Services include: Food, clothing, housing referrals, counseling, life skills workshops, academic tutoring, technology access, job readiness training, job placement support, leadership development, and college or trade school assistance.
