Addiction and Recovery Services
Project Hospitality provides addiction treatment and recovery services on Staten Island, offering care for individuals in need of ongoing support and those who need a more structured treatment setting.
Through the Outpatient Recovery Program and the PREP 820 Residential Program, individuals can access treatment that responds to their specific needs.
How We Support Recovery
Project Hospitality’s Recovery Program is rooted in the belief that people living with addiction deserve care that is respectful and personal.
We offer treatment tailored to individuals’ needs and stage of recovery. Services are delivered in a culturally sensitive environment by professionals and peer specialists who work to help each person feel understood as they move through treatment.
Outpatient Recovery Program
Project Hospitality’s Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Chemical Dependency provides evidence-based medical treatment and counseling services designed to help individuals navigate substance use and build a foundation for long-term recovery.
Outpatient Recovery Program Services:
-
Individual, group, and family counseling help people work through substance use with care that reflects their circumstances and progress in treatment.
-
This includes medications such as buprenorphine and Vivitrol, provided by nurse practitioners and a medical physician to support recovery.
-
Specialized groups help individuals build the tools they need to navigate setbacks and stay engaged in recovery.
-
Peer specialists provide guidance and support through their lived experience with addiction.
-
The program supports individuals facing both substance use and behavioral health needs, with treatment that reflects the full picture of what they may be dealing with.
-
The program also provides court-ordered DUI assessment and treatment services, helping individuals meet requirements while getting care that can lead to lasting change.
PREP 820 Residential Program
PREP 820 is Project Hospitality’s OASAS-licensed stabilization and rehabilitation treatment program. It supports individuals who need a more structured level of care as they begin recovery.
Treatment is guided by assessment and tailored throughout each person’s stay, with services available regardless of ability to pay.
PREP 820 Residential Program Services:
-
PREP 820 provides structured residential treatment that helps individuals regain their footing and begin their recovery work in a supportive setting.
-
Medications such as buprenorphine and Vivitrol are provided by nurse practitioners and a medical physician as part of each client’s treatment plan.
-
Counseling services include support for substance use, along with a curriculum focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and vocational support.
-
Peer specialists offer insight rooted in lived experience and help clients feel less alone as they move through treatment.
-
Recovery is often shaped by practical realities outside of treatment. PREP 820 helps connect clients to benefits and housing-related support that can make the next step feel more possible.
