Diversity, Opportunity, & Inclusion

At Project Hospitality, we value a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace; one where all employees, contractors, and volunteers, regardless of their gender, gender expression, gender identity, transgender status, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected classification, feel valued and respected.

Diversity, Opportunity, & Inclusion Committee

As part of our strategic planning process, we will establish specific Diversity, Opportunity, & Inclusion (DOI) and Racial Equity (RE) goals, including the reinstatement of the DOI committee. The committee will continue to serve as an advisory body composed of employees from across the agency. Its purpose will be to support our commitment to racial equity and to foster an inclusive workplace where every individual experiences a sense of belonging and has equal opportunities for advancement.

The committee will provide a safe space for employees to share their experiences and resources, and it will make recommendations to PH leadership to promote accountability on matters related to diversity, opportunity, and inclusion.
